In times of severe weather, our commitment to your safety and tree care remains unwavering. Our storm protocol is designed to address emergencies promptly. During a storm, our top priority is to address life-threatening situations and make areas safe for you and your community. We will prioritize emergencies such as fallen trees on structures or trees blocking access to homes, and immediate hazards. We also work for municipalities and in some cases this work needs to be prioritized so that utilities can be restored to the community.
If you have an interruption in your utilities be sure to reach out to your provider. In many cases the utility company needs to assess the site and resolve any issues related to their equipment before we can do our work.
When storms hit, the phone rings non-stop and you may be frustrated to find you need to leave a message. This is likely because we are on the other line. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, please understand that high demand and challenging conditions may cause delays. We do not work 24/7, but during severe weather events we will send crews out provided it is safe to do so. Safety is our top priority, and we need to avoid putting our crews at risk. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to address and resolve storm-related issues.
