When severe weather strikes, we are here to help with your storm-related tree emergencies. Our priority is to address immediate hazards, such as fallen trees on structures, those blocking access to your home, or other life-threatening situations. We also coordinate with municipalities to restore utilities for the community, which may require us to prioritize certain jobs.

• Call Your Utility Provider: If a tree has downed power lines or is affecting utility equipment, contact your provider first. We cannot begin work until the area is deemed safe by the utility company.

• Contact Us: Due to high call volumes during and after a storm, the fastest way to reach us is by emailing info@fieldtreeservice.com. Please include your name, location, and a brief description of the issue. This allows us to assess the situation quickly and safely.

• Expect Delays: We do our best to respond promptly, but extreme weather and high demand can cause delays. For the safety of our crews, we will only work when conditions are safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to watch out for our clients and our community.
